It's in the key of C.  From Celtschmerz, I'm guessing that RT
plays in G position capoed at the fifth fret with Teddy playing without
capo using these chords (does anyone remember for sure how they did
this?).

I haven't tabbed out the the repeating instrumental riff but it's quite
simple and proceeds from an F chord. All corrections and suggestions 
gratefully accepted.
